agrees that after the termination or expiration of the Agreement its data may be stored
as a backup for the time needed to secure (establish, investigate or defend) Customer’s
and Company’s claims that may arise due to the performance of the Services (for the time
it takes for the claims to be barred).

of the Agreement.
